Samuel Burns specializes in mechanical design and product development. He is currently on the Flight Research team at Joby Aviation, where he contributes mechanical design to their experimental aircraft division. His work supports engineering analysis spanning thermal to structural, carrying through the full development process from concept to implementation. He has contributed at several established aerospace companies and is passionate about building innovative, high-performance hardware. Samuel is currently pursuing a degree in Mechanical Engineering at the University of Southern California, graduating in 2027. He is driven by the challenge of turning ambitious ideas into hardware that performs.
