Clay studies Computational Physics and Engineering Design at Rice University, '27. He has experience in robotics, astronomy, and high-energy physics. This summer, Clay interned at Campus: his work involved designing, building, and optimizing a full in-house agent sandboxing/workflow system + an internal legal compliance code review system, with the philosophy of building agentic workflows as mostly deterministic chains of atomic & auditable LLM decisions. Outside of work, he enjoys making music and going for long walks.
